岗位职责:
responsible for the development and management of clients, including deeply understanding client needs, identifying potential sales opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

in the pursuit of sales projects, including involvement in project analysis, proposal design, and other project-related matters.
参与销售项目的争取,包括参与项目分析、提案设计等与项目相关的事项。
in Takstar's products and services and able to offer customized solutions based on our clients' needs to drive sales growth.
熟悉公司产品或服务,能够根据客户需求提供针对性的解决方案,推动产品销售。
existing client relationships, regularly gather client feedback, promptly address client complaints, and continuously optimize the client experience.
维护现有客户关系,定期收集客户反馈,及时处理客户投诉,持续优化客户体验。
Job Requirements:

’s degree or higher, with preference given to candidates with overseas study background.
本科及以上学历,具有海外留学背景者优先。
experience in the electro-acoustic or related industry, with preference given to candidates who have experience working with U.S. clients.
具备电声或相关行业工作经验,有与美国客户对接经验者优先。
skills in business development, sales, and client management.
具备业务发展、销售与客户管理技能。
abilities in strategic planning and relationship building.
具备战略规划与关系建立能力。
business negotiation and communication skills.
具备出色的商务谈判能力及沟通协调能力。
abilities in market research and analysis.
具备市场研究和分析能力。
in both English and Chinese for business communication.
能够熟练运用英语和中文进行商务沟通。
