质量主管

Key areas of accountability:
? Management of IQC department personnel and overall planning of department work
? Supervision and implementation of material incoming inspection, improvement of inspection detectability.
? Triger and drive improvement on material quality and fast response for material issue from production.
? Document, evidence preparation and on-site auditee responsible for Customer and internal audit
? Material inspection standard establishment and participate in MRB to propose initial solution for defect lot.
? Supplier incidents registering, supplier scorecard input, supplier charge note fill-in and distribute to procurement responsible.
? Participate in globally material consolidation project and work out solution related to IQC

Qualification:
? Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree
? Working Experience: Min 5 years’ experience in acoustic experiences.
? Expertise/Skills: Familiar with quality management system requirements like ISO/TS16949, RoHS requirements. Good in quality tools like 7 tools and 8D. Good analytical skill (statistical skill) and process audit skill
? Personal Attributes: Honest, aggressive, assertive, good in follow up. Able to work independently under pressure. Detail and hardworking, self-control
