职位描述
Job purpose:
To ensure the product quality meeting customer requirement without complaints
Job scope:
? To work with cross functional team for the continuous improvement of product and process according to existing process and realize quality prevention.
Key responsibilities:
Basic responsibilities -
Customer handling
1、Customer voice: keep smooth communication with customer and promptly respond customer voice.
2、Customer complaints: Quickly respond and replay by 8D. Accordingly, to maintain internal customer compliant system, such as customer incident share point, 8D database, customer complaints tracking list.
3、Warranty: communicate with customer for warranty collection, analysis and improvement
4、Customer portal: weekly check customer portal to check warranty and 0Km claim status, update the portal according to customer policies
5、Customer audit: work closely with colleagues to handling customer audit
Continuous improvement:
1、Dig out continuous process, product and part improvement opportunity and aim at 0 defect
Qualifications:
Tools application requirements –
1、Good English in writing, reading and speaking
2、>3 years QE working experience in automative or consumer electronics industry
3、Basic knowledge on IATF16949 quality tools
Certificates requirements –
1、Above college’s degree
