高级QE工程师

Key areas of accountability:
Join quality review in conditional run phase, to review control plan, PFEMA and validate the poke yoke list.
Regular warranty returns analysis, 0 hours defect analysis and OQC defect analysis etc.
Daily QRQC meeting and review the corrective actions of PE provided.
List out the worst case and the critical defects and organize team for continuous improvement.
MSA plan and follow up
Poke yoke verification and risk assessment
Risk assessment for the incidents on the line
Golden sample calibration plan and follow up
Online reliability plan and follow up, including failure analysis in case.
Auto customer special requirement transfer to internal implementation, accordingly, monitor the process capability to assure the good result and satisfy customer
Customer claims handling by 8D manner
Product and process re-qualification according to VDA6.3
Layer audit to identify the potential risk and organize improvement for the nonconformities
Other work assigned by quality assistant manager/quality manager.

Job scope:
Work with people across all relevant levels of the organization and external parties, work independently for quality data reporting and analysis, highlight the deviations to team. Coordinate and take lead the continuous improvement for quality team’s documentation. Independently handling basic quality assurance work as well as the warranty returns analysis.
Customer claims handling via 8D
Poke yoke verification to prevent mistake occurrence.
Qualification:
Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above, engineering background
Working Experience: Min 3 years’ working experiences in quality area and relevant area
Expertise / Skills: basic level of experience/skill/competency in quality field is required,
Good communication skills
Language skills: fluent English and Mandarin
Personal Attributes: result-oriented team player, capable of working under pressure.
SPC,FEMA,PPAP, control plan, poke yoke are skilled
Prefer to green belt.
