Key areas of accountability:
&#; Lead team to design semi-automated line with supplier to improve operation efficiency and reduce the cost.
&#; Analyse the process detail for automation with cost saving concept
&#; Define clear project plan, then define Spec, SR, CR, DR, FAT, SAT, ER for whole production process creation procedure.
&#; Manage risks and opportunities for automation project that appropriate actions are planned and executed for risk mitigation and opportunity achievement.
&#; Communicate with global engineering team for automation equipment, make sure on the same page
&#; Lead team closely to implement the new line to SOP smoothly according to the procedure
&#; Cooperate Gen3.0 project globally from process engineering
Qualification:
&#; Automation team leader or automation project manager experience at least 5 years
&#; Majored in automation or relevant, bachelor degree or above
&#; Min 5 years equipment automation design experience
&#; Familiar with automation equipment mechanical design, control circuit design, and related software programming, be able to complete equipment program independently, good experience in using Siemens PLC.
&#; Good Knowledge massive production equipment reliability
&#; Demonstrated ability to work effectively within the team and cross-functional teams
&#; Fluent oral English
&#; Good observation skill and logic thinking, proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills
&#; Good communication, self-motivated, high ownership, passionate, open mind and positive work attitude.
