职位描述
该职位所属行政/人力资源部Key areas of accountability:1.Monthly Payroll and InsuranceMonthly payroll calculation, approval and on-time payment with 100% accuracy.Social insurance/housing fund enrolment/exit/**** management, including. documentation preparation for maternity allowance refund.Monthly tax management and annual IIT refund.Daily HRIS maintenance and inform relevant employees and managers for any change of payroll and benefits.Payroll reports and other assigned reports preparation and deliver on time.2.On boarding and exit ManagementOn boarding management.Conduct exit survey and interview to leaving employees. Follow exit procedures for leaving employees, including final payment, check list and employment certification.3.Expatriates and contract managementExpatriates management including working permits management, and medical check handling, audit documents preparation, etc.Labor contract process management with 100% accuracyP-file management with periodical clean-upHR vendors management including contract signing, payment follow up and renewal process management, etc.4.CB ProgramsCommercial insurance management.Documentations for annual bonus, 13th month salary, merit and promotion, retention bonus, etc.Recognition and rewards program management including gifts management, instant star nominations collection and approvals follow-up, presentation preparation in communication meeting.Global HR projects supporting/leading.5.Performance Management ER case follow upAccount setup for new staffs in HRIS and follow on their targets setting in system.PIP/ ER cases follow up and documentation
