该职位所属生产部Job Purpose:This position is mainly responsible for technician team management, glue room and fixture room management, trouble shooting in production line and customer auditKey areas of accountability: Managemento SPC managemento Technician’s daily work scheduleo Glue managemento Glue room and fixture room management. Abnormal handlingo Solve equipment problems that subordinates cannot handle, and upgrade according QRQC rules Installation and commissioning of new machine. Continuous improvemento Changeover CT continuous improvemento Unplan downtime continuous improvement Maintenanceo Daily and weekly inspection of equipmento Assist ME to complete equipment maintenance Other tasksJob scope:Quickly handle equipment abnormalities to ensure smooth production.Improve overall APU12 efficiency through changeovers and unplanned downtime improvements.Qualification: Academic / Professional Qualification: College or above, ISO, TS16949, SPC, Mechanics. Working Experience: Min 3 years’ experience, automotive industry is preferred. Expertise / Skills: Familiar with TS, good command of machine equipment commissioning. Language skills: Have a certain level of English reading and writing skills Personal Attributes: Good communication skill, honest, speak with data, teamwork spirit, good follow up, work independently and result Target driven.Remarks: No-sensitive body
